So yesterday, I took it a little easy. With Tropical Storm Cindy approaching, my focus was on preparation. I kept my caloric intake around 1500 and did get a little anxious. Around 9p, I went into my at-home gym and went a few rounds on my Century punching bag, which I must admit was a great investment. Today is going to be different and intense by my standards. I found a great boxing warm-up for beginners ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVj2ep46UlE ) and a pretty nice 20-minute heavy bag workout ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHKf8SkjaNk&t=8s ) on Youtube. I downloaded the two and created a workout playlist that I will tackle today around noon. I will follow that with a 1-2 mile brisk walk on my treadmill.
