So, I never acknowledged exactly how I plan to go about my fast. So, here goes. I am cutting bread completely out of my diet. I am aware that there are many other sources of carbs. This is not a "carb thing," This is strictly about self-control. I will also be creating a major caloric deficit daily. I will dedicate each day to exercise cardio (S, T, TH, S) and weightlifting (M, W, F).

I must keep in mind that this is my journey. I am not seeking anyone's approval or criticism.

Dumbbell bench press
Alternated bicep curls
Shoulder press
Lying dumbbell tricep extensions
Kneeling one-arm row

50 seated calf raises
50 situps
